GLOBA TENNiS, as its name implies, endeavors to bring together the various nationalities who share the same passion for the game of tennis in Tokyo, or those coming to Tokyo.
Our mission is to provide quality and memorable tennis events to our international and Japanese customers, through fun and refreshing private and group lessons in Tokyo, as well as unforgettable weekend tennis getaways for adults and juniors at beautiful locations near Tokyo.

Jean-Pierre (JP) Félix, Tennis Director and Founder of GLOBA TENNiS, is a qualified and certified professional tennis coach in Tokyo who has 18 years of experience spanning over three continents: Europe, North America and Asia.
He is trilingual, French, English and Japanese.
After playing regional championships in France for a few years he worked at five-star resorts and exclusive tennis clubs around the world for more than 7 years.
He arrived in Tokyo in 1997, upon receiving a professional tennis instructor certification from a well-known tennis management company based in Texas, USA.
He worked at a 5-star resort in Chiba for two years as a Tennis Director, coaching recreational players, high school varsity players and two Japanese female semi-pro players. In 2000, fluent in Japanese, he decided to pursue other business opportunities while remaining close and loyal to tennis.
GLOBA TENNiS came as a result of his expertise and success coaching and organizing tennis events in Tokyo for his international and Japanese customers during the 12 years he has stayed in Japan.
Sébastien Proisy, Tennis Instructor with GLOBA TENNiS, is a qualified professional tennis coach who began teaching while he was in college. He started by teaching a group of his "supporters" when he was on the American University Tennis team. He then worked at several clinics that his former coach directed. Sebastien taught children, adolescents, and adult clinics for about 2 years. In the summer of 2009, he worked for a well-known tennis center in Washington DC where he was running a daily intensive tennis camp for teenagers from the beginner to tournament level. He also has substantial experience teaching adult private lessons averaging 3 hours a day during the same summer. At a more competitive level, he has also been coaching his younger brother and traveled with him to several ITF and Futures Satellite tournaments.
Sébastien is a nationally-ranked player in France and is trilingual, French, English and Spanish.
