Jean-Pierre (JP) Félix
After playing regional championships in France for a few years he worked at five-star resorts and exclusive tennis clubs around the world for 7 years.
He arrived in Tokyo in 1997, upon receiving a professional tennis coach certification from a well-known tennis management company based in Texas, USA. He worked at a 5-star resort in Chiba for 2 years as a Tennis Director, coaching recreational players, high school varsity players and two Japanese female semi-pro players.
In 2000, fluent in Japanese, he decided to pursue other business opportunities while remaining close and loyal to tennis.
GLOBA TENNiS came as a result of his expertise and success coaching and organizing tennis events in Tokyo for his international and Japanese customers during the 11 years he has stayed in Japan.
GLOBA TENNiS, as its name implies, endeavors to bring together all the various nationalities who share the same passion for the game of tennis in Tokyo, or those coming to Tokyo
Jean-Pierre (JP) Félix, Tennis Director with GLOBA TENNiS, is a qualified and certified professional tennis coach in Tokyo, who has 18 years of experience spanning over three continents: Europe, North America and Asia.
He is trilingual, French, English and Japanese.

Tennis has been for decades one of the most popular sports all over the world, learned, practiced, and loved by almost everyone regardless of their age or level.
GLOBA TENNiS is a tennis school and event company based in Tokyo, which mission is to bring together all the tennis lovers in Tokyo through unique and highly enjoyable tennis programs created especially for small children and adults.
Head Coach Jean-Pierre (JP) Felix, who is also a Tennis Director with GLOBA TENNiS has been living in Tokyo for eleven years and has coached adults and small children alike for a total of almost 18 years.
Fluent in French, English and Japanese, he has been working with students from all over the world.
During his term in Tokyo, he has had a chance to work at various international schools for a few years, creating and instructing super fun tennis programs for preschoolers, age 5-8.
Today, he would like to bring his coaching experience of eighteen years to the benefit of your children. He is confident that through his coaching methods and programs, your children will not only come to learn and love this wonderful sport, but they will also be instilled with a sense of passion and commitment to being physically and mentally healthy, full of life and joy, and respectful of others for the rest of their lives.
