Payment Method

Advance payment through a bank transfer method will be necessary in order to secure your place in one of our tennis packages, Tennis Escape – 1 day, or Tennis Retreat – 2 days. We will send you an email confirming your reservation, and asking you to proceed forward with the payment within 3 days.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to keep reservations which remain unpaid.

Your bank transfer should be made using the following bank information:

It is fairly easy to make a bank transfer in Japan. You can either do it from your regular bank or just any other bank. ATM machines and convenience stores are other places where you can make your money transfer. Bank fees will apply to your transfer. You should expect to pay additional bank charges in the range of 105 Yen to about 450 Yen.

Bank staff will be there to assist you in your operation. In simple Japanese, you can say, “Sumimasen, furikomi wo shitain desuga (Excuse me, I would like to make a bank transfer)”.

Cancellation Policy

In case a situation occurs where you have no other option but to cancel your tennis outing with us we will give you the option to reserve another tennis package at a later date, thus the money you had already paid could be kept as a credit if you wished so. However, if you opt for a money refund, we will then be forced to apply a cancellation charge to the refund payment, and applicable bank charges will also be deducted from the refund payment. The cancellation charge applied is explained in the following table:

Important note:

1. In case a Tennis package event is canceled on the part of the GLOBA TENNiS staff, we will then take the responsibility to refund 100% of the fee you paid, and we will also bear the applicable bank charges on the refund payment.

2. in a situation where a tennis package event must be cancelled for reasons of natural causes, such as a heavy and constant rain, a typhoon, or a strong earthquake, a 10% cancellation charge will apply additionally to the bank charges. This cancellation charge is to cover the costs incurred in the trip planning and organization, and the cancellation payments for the hotel, rental transportation, and equipment rental.
